Description

McDonnell & Miller 144708Boilerwize Electronic Low Water Cut-Off with RX2 Probe, 24V/120V, Auto/Manual (Steam/Water)

Boilerwize is a field configurable low water cut-off (LWCO) that can be used as 24V, 120V, auto or manual for steam and hot waterboilers. The boilerwize’s probe type LWCO uses patented technology to provide protection against low water conditions, and it canbe used as a primary or secondary device for residential, commercial and industrial applications. How it works: The FPC-1000 (boilerwize) probe type LWCO uses patented technology to monitor changes in water conductivity. When definedparameters are exceeded, the FPC-1000 (boilerwize) makes a decision to turn off the burner based on the volatility/variability of theresistance readings. This patented technology provides the best protection possible without turning off the burner unless low watercondition exists. As an added measure of safety, the control will turn off the burner if it recognizes an out-of-water condition when thesensitivity threshold is exceeded..

Features

  • Field configurable control – easily configure boilerwize for 24V, 120V, auto or manual control for steam or hot water boilers. Easy replacement for ALL electronic LWCO on the market

  • For residential, commercial or industrial applications

  • Meets the requirements of ASME Standard CSD-1

  • Power on LED, green (Auto)/yellow (Manual)

  • Red LED indicating low water condition

  • Test/Reset/Configuration buttonSelf cleaning probe – proprietary feature on probe type minimizes scale build-up and extends recommended cleaning intervals to every 5 years instead of annually

  • No lockout with loss of power if probe is in water

  • Optional feature – Bluetooth connectivity allows customers to connect to mobile devices.

  • Condition Indicator – multifunction LEDs indicate when a unit is powered on at auto mode (green), manual mode (yellow), and when a low water condition is detected (red) for easy visual confirmation of system status.

  • Easy, Leak-Free Installation – the metal-to-metal seal provided by the brass threads ensures leak-free installations. Wrench flats and easy access wiring simplify installation for any hydronic system
